Registration and membership forms are now due
for Anaconda Swimming Club and Anaconda Swim School.
Membership Fees
Anaconda fees are
charged on a monthly basis and not on a session basis.
Fees must be paid
1 month in advance of any session.

right for downloadable form)
Absences must be paid for.
Any swimmer who plans to be absent for a prolonged
period should inform the Club Administrator in advance in order to
retain the swimmer’s place in the club.
Places will be held for two months and failure to
notify departure from the club will incur up to two months’ fees.
Request made for non-payment of fees must be put in
writing in advance, for consideration to the Anaconda Committee. Only
paid-up members may compete in Club Championship/Summer Sprints events.
If you want to leave
Anaconda we require 30 days notice.
These
forms should be printed, completed and returned to Ray with standing
order form any any fees due.
