Health and Safety: Anaconda hires its pool time from Aquaterra and the Corporation of London and requires all swimmers
and parents/guardians to help in maintaining a safe environment. All involved in the Club must be aware of the following:
The rules
of the swimming pools must be observed at all times.
Parents/guardians
and swimmers must remove their footwear when poolside.
Food
and drink must not be consumed at the poolside or in the changing rooms

All swimmers/parents/guardians/others involved in the Club must uphold
the Code of Conduct If any person is concerned that another individual is not behaving in an appropriate manner, action may
be taken, as follows.
All matters will be considered in accordance with the Amateur Swimming
Association (ASA) Guidelines. The Extract from the ASA Handbook 2005 on ‘Guidelines for Handling Internal Club Disputes’
is on the notice board. The ASA Handbook is available on the ASA web site www.britishswimming.co.uk
